Description:
Car Delivery Acceptance (Proof of Delivery) is a novel application that provides car manufacturers, car-dealers, re-sellers and rental companies an automated process for acceptance of their car assets received.

The solution enables scanning of the delivery note and the subsequent VIN number of the cars (as per the delivery note) for automating the process for acceptance.
Users can perform a quick check on various components of the car. Components include Car External, Documentation and shortages. The solution provides intuitive – quick to use guidance to check on each of the components for acceptance.
If there is any damage, the same can be recorded along with the photographic record tagged against the car. This application will also enable capture and report missing documentation and/or accessories to manufacturer or distributor systems.

Highlights:
a) Enables automated quality check of the car asset on arrival.
b) Replaces the manual documentation process required for receiving a car.
c) Enables capture of defects and damages on arrival supported by evidence (images etc.).
d) Enables a car asset to be ready for billing immediately on completion of inspection with minimal manual intervention.
e) Enables a car asset not to be ready for billing if some damage is found in the inspection.
f) Provides inputs for raising credit notes automatically if some damage is found in the inspection.
g) Enables tracking of delays between arrival of car and inspection.
h) Enables tracking of carrier performance for damages.
i) Enables correctness of quantity of accessories and manuals and helps identify damages on arrival.
j) Enables the consignor to receive online delivery inspection reports.
k) Enables timely payments for credit payments where delivery report is the basis of payments.
